Called MD for a 7 year old with ear pain! They diagnosed him with the flu and prescribed him tamiflu. His ear drum ruptured

TOTAL FAIL! Yesterday I tried using them for the first time after getting an email from Blue Cross Blue Shield that it was free through April 30th. The registration took about 40 minutes they told me I would get a call within an hour. I got a call about every 30 minutes telling me that it was going to take longer. After only about 10 minutes they asked me if I'd rather have a call rather than the video because the wait wouldn't be as long so I decided to try that. When I did finally get a call after over 5 hours the woman said "hello hello hello" and hung up. When I called back I had to go through a hold that was about 25 minutes to get a person who said I would have to start all over in the queue and I wouldn't be getting a call back until about 2:30 in the morning and that calls every 30 minutes asking me if I still wanted to wait and making me push a button if I did would continue. She offered to set up an appointment at 9:05 in the morning with the doctor and I said yes. She said a doctor would call me at 9:05 in the morning but one did not! I wish I could give this zero Stars! I didn't make calls or take calls during the meantime because they asked me not to. It was just a waste of time plus they tried charging me $10 and wanted the money at the beginning when nobody was really going to ever talk to me that was a medical professional. This morning they called did come and saying I missed my call about 7 minutes after they should have called me and asking me if I wanted to still talk to someone or not and push one if I did or two if I didn't which would have probably started the whole process all over again and I pushed 2, because I'm not going through a second day of this!

I must have gotten the naturopath or something when I called in....he recommended a netti pot and no actual solutions. Now I get to pay the mdlive fee and go sit in urgent care, awesome. Next time I'll just skip the phone call.

EXTREMELY disappointed in this service!! I have already been diagnosed with depression and anxiety by my PCP for years, I was simply needing a prescription refill for my anti-depressant and not only was I charged and then my appointment cancelled, they will only refill the prescription if I pay to see one of their psychiatrists with a $250 copay. What a waste. Back to my hour drive to see my PCP.

What a waste of money!!!! I feel like I got scammed big time!! I have a ear infection with vertigo and didn’t prescribe anything for my ear and now I’m going to have to go to cvs clinic and pay so I got ripped off!!!! Will never ever use this again! He was literally on the phone with me for 2 minutes!!!! I seriously want my money back!!!!

Medical doctors spwns lwss than 5 minutes talking to patients and often lead to insufficient diagnosis or miss diagnosis. I oftem had to pay twice for a simple prescription of antibiotics. The first doctor gave me allergy med which did nothing for me. Them i had to pay again since i 'used' the first consultation. So frustrating. Had a video conference with the same Doctor twice. My symptoms and cold continued to get worse and he ignored me when I asked questions. Terrible doctor.
