Fast and convenient. Probably not as thorough as seeing a doctor in person, but I got the prescription I needed for treatment so much faster than a traditional doctor's visit. And it was on a Sunday which saved me a lot of time and money because my other option was a minute clinic type visit!

I was very happy with response time of 30 minutes, easy dialog with the doctor who asked me exactly the same questions my in person provider would have asked related to my condition, and thorough explanation of the plan of care for my illness.

Fast, convenient and affordable. I needed a note to excuse me from being late to school due to my illness and was told to print out my diagnosis sheet. Not the same, but so far, my school hasn't complained.

The quick response of the doctor was wonderful. He called within a couple of minutes of putting a request in online. He was very professional and caring. My only suggestion is to have a copy of the prescription online so that if for any reason the pharmacy does not receive it, the patient can just login into their online account and print it.

Very fast and convenient! Only problem I found was that my prescription for an antibiotic was only for 3 days and I am on day five and still feel sick.

WE HAD NO PROBLEM GETTING PINK EYE MEDICINE FOR MY DAUGHTER. ONE QUICK PHONE CALL OF 3 MINS AND THEY HAD THE PRESCRIPTION CALLED IN TO MY LOCAL PHARMACY BY THE TIME IT OPENED AND I PICKED IT UP BY 8 30 AM.
