If I could give it negative stars I…
If I could give it negative stars I would. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter for an ear infection, waited because I know there are high appointments right now because of the pandemic. I call this morning to customer service, the lady was nice but informs me that they will see her but not prescribe anything to her. That all they will do is offer advice because she's under 12. I will not be using this service.

6hr wait for a Careless DR
I was kept on hold for 6 hours to speak to a Dr. and when I finally got a Dr on the line she was rushed, careless, and had a lot of noise in the background that made it very hard for me to hear her. I called in for a cough and stuffy nose. She quickly said Ok I’m sending you meds to your pharmacy take it for six days nothing else practically hung up on me. When I saw the prescription come in I noticed she put me on a six day high dose Steroid typically used to treat severe diseases including cancer, Lupus, amongst other things. I’m under 30 years old, fit and healthy; I just needed a light antibiotic to get me by this cold or upper respiratory infection..Of course you can’t communicate with the Dr after the call is over. I’ve been trying to reach customer service for two days straight and I haven’t been able to reach them nor have they responded to my emails. My local pharmacist advised I should not take this Steroid after I explained my symptoms. They too found it odd I was given such high dosage.

Waiting for 6+hrs
My husband has been on hold for almost 6 hours and still hasn’t talked to a doctor. He switched from video to voice and still no difference. I understand there is probably significantly more traffic in light of CO-VID19 but that is just ridiculous. If we are supposed to be keeping real emergencies out of the medical facilities, then things need to be cleared up.

Diagnosed with pneumonia
Diagnosed with pneumonia, refused to allow me to be tested for Covid19. Never faxed script for z-pack. Can't get anyone on the phone for a follow up. Ridiculous! I am more worried about the fact that the prescription she claimed I needed was NEVER FAXED TO PHARMACY!!!

Terrible experience
While it was easy to use the Dr asked no useful questions. I requested the visit for some unusual bruising on my back. While I did submit a picture the dr never requested to see my back. After asking if I had a fever or cough (which I did not have) he’d said “I have no idea, see your dr.” What a waste of $55.

Waste of time and money
Used this service 3 times and experience ranged from useless to marginally useful. However, regardless the website and mobile app is extremely glitchy and poorly executed.

I would not recommend this for any…
I would not recommend this for any reason. The money gets deducted immediately And 5 hours later I was still waiting to talk to someone. Finally I just gave up. Total waste of time and money.

I would rate zero if possible.
This is a waste of time and money. I’ve been waiting for six hours, and no one has called me. However, they fast to deduct the money from my account in less than five seconds. I spoke with someone in the call center Kara B, and she said she was unable to send a confirmation stating that I am in the waiting list. They are unprofessional and unethical; they disregard the well-being of individuals and only care about money.
