Didn’t think a doctor could be as compassionate online vs in person. Not so. Felt very comfortable discussing my situation. While doctors are great and customer support is professional and helpful, the pre-screening process is what needs work. Not intuitive to navigate or get started unless you use this all the time! But when you’re sick enough you’ll try, at least until you feel so bad that you just say forget it and drop into bed!

I can’t renember who I spoke with but both doctor and representative were very nice, understanding, and very helpful.

Appreciated the fast response

I was in a remote area and it was so nice to be able to talk to a doctor about my concerns and get a prescription. I was able to get immediate help rather than wait 3-day until I was back at home. Game Changer!

It was the best experience ever!!! I had never used MDLIVE before and I can't recommend it enough!!

I was so sick, and before I got sick I had a disagreement with my doctor about my care. I just did not think he paid enough attention, paid more attention typing on his laptop then talking face to face with his patience. But then I got really sick and had no one to go to and could not afford to go to the hospital. Through BCBS of IL (my ins.) I found MDLIVE and thought "what could I lose by just trying" so I filled out the form online and a very nice doctor called me with 20 minutes. He took his time with me, we talked, and he could tell by the way I talked that what I was telling him about my illness was true (sinus and ear infection). He prescribed the zpac and it helped. Although, for those infections, I think a bit stronger antibiotic would have been better. I really suffered, and suffered after the ten day period. But I didn't complain, with the med that I was prescribe I would have ended up in the emergency room. He was so very nice to me. I would of course give MDLIVE another try if I had to.

Very easy to get help. You do not have go and sit in a waiting room with people that are a lot sicker than you are. Was very pleased with the outcome. Feel a lot better and was able to return to work shortly after.

Had a great experience had an ear infection a couple days later it got worse so I used the MDLIVE. Doctor was very nice listened to my symptoms and order an antibiotic to help my ear infection.
