As soon as I registered with MDLIVE, I received a call from a physician who was able to assist my needs immediately. Later that evening, I called again since other symptoms were appearing and I received a call back right away. They were extremely helpful. Thank you.

I love it. I know my body. knew what was wrong with me. I was miserable and didn't want to with through the weekend. I called and 10 min later a sweet Dr. Called me back listened to me called me in a prescription and with in an hour I was on my way to feeling better! No hassles I didn't have to wait in a office full of other sick people... It wasn't any more expensive than in office visit. What a good idea.

It was great. I had pink eye, and I didn't want to miss work or have to go to the Dr, so i called MDLIVE and was able to get a script sent in and a few days later... no pink eye.... couldn't have worked better!!

The provider was very knowledgeable, quick and efficient. She also knew the antibiotic I had previously used was not good for me. I appreciated that.

First time using MDLIVE. Excellent experience. I have a high deductible PPO medical plan from my employer and MDLive saved me money and time. I had previously downloaded the app and completed my personal & health info. On a SUNDAY morning (6:30 AM Pacific) I opened the app and requested a video appointment for a possible eye infection. Received a message that the doctor would be with me in 15-minutes. Received another message that the doctor was available and to log into the app. Doctor was able to examine my eyes & he submitted a prescription to the pharmacy I had added to my profile. This appointment cost me $44 - quite a bit less than a visit to Urgent Care/Primary Care Physician AND I wasn't sitting in a waiting room with ill people. I highly recommend MDLive.
