very quick and effective

Making a video chat apptmt was easy, able to download photo. Waited at least 20min on video chat. While waiting, I received a call that my scheduled Dr. was not availabe. Another provider called (not a video chat as confirmed). The Dr was very nice, but didn't receive the photo I attached...not able to see what I was describing, Had to contact Oschner & was able get a next morning visit. Missed 2work days, instead of one day had I used Oschner-On-Call in the middle of the night, instead.

doctor was friendly and professional. Would be much more helpful if MDLIVE doctors could order x-rays.

Easy to use website with quick appointment set ups. The doctor helped with everything I needed but was difficult to understand. I will use it again if ever needed

I like using the WebMD but for prescriptions if the pharmacist has a question they are not able to get in contact with the provider until the next business day.

The Dr was kind and knowledgeable. It was cheaper then going to a med express. Great for parents who can't get away. I just forgot to ask some questions because it was something new. Next time I will.make a list before it starts!

Good service and helpful doctors. Just as word of caution, if your illness/injury is something visual in nature, make sure you upload photos/videos before your appt or you will have to make and pay for second appt. Also you can only have one appt a day so if that happens you will have to call customer service. They are super helpful by the way and i was able to get seen again that evening and get the prescriptions they determined i needed. Will use again for sure.

I had excellent service through MD live ONCE I got through. There was a hiccup between using the app and ended up going through the website and I thought I was going to have to completely redo my health information that had already been completed prior to needing services. As far as my experience, I was contacted well within the time limit, pretty immediately actually and the provider I spoke to was very knowledgeable and put me on the best medicine for my health situation. I was in the worst pain and knew there was no way to get into my primary provider and a UC is cost prohibitive with my insurance so this was not only extremely convenient but cost effective as well.
