I scheduled an appointment 3 times. Charged 3 times, but I NEVER really got an actual consultation. I had to call their customer service and wait for 45 minutes -1 hr. And still no answer just to get someone to help me with the bill. The first two attempted consulations, I got a phone call from an automated machine informing me that the wait time is more than 3 hours. But NO medical help was given. On the third attempted consultation, I made an appointment. I waited for my phone to ring. Until I got an email saying an attempt was made to contact me, and that I missed a consultation. Is this a legit company?

Waited from 7:30pm to 1:30 am waiting to get a phone call at 1:30am to say that there are no doctors available. Tried scheduling another appointment but the appointment times were days out. Then got a phone call around 3:30 in the morning from a doctor that I wasn’t expecting because they said all the doctors were unavailable. I missed the appointment. Horrible service.

It is all bull crap. Did not help me at all a waste of money.

Was told I would get a follow up by Dr. Subrahmanya Bhat, but received nothing of the sort. Was also told to get in touch if my symptoms worsened and when I did he was unreachable. It was then suggested by MDLive that I book another appointment and pay another $55, ridiculous. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

My experience was disappointing as an appointment I had last year went well. This time, I called in and finally spoke with an intake person who told me that the doctor could prescribe high blood pressure medicine. (The first time I called in, I got a call back 8 hours later—at 2 a.m.) At my appointment, the doctor said she couldn’t prescribe and that I needed to have an MD Live primary care doctor which I could get, if at all, by calling in again. I called in again and left a message but NEVER got a call back. I resorted to another online medical provider which was excellent.

I've tried waiting for a call, the initial estimate was 3 hours then 4.5 hours later I get a text saying that they will call in the next 5 minutes but they never called. Then I see under the account activity that they listed the appointment as missed within a minute of them scheduling the appointment and that they've charged me for it. I tried calling the number that they have listed for customer service but never get to speak to a actual person. I was on hold for 1.5 hours before I gave up. I can't believe how bad this "service" is. Now I'm going to have to go through the trouble of filing a formal dispute for the charge with my card company.

They suck. Told me 3 hrs. 5hrs later say they will call in 5 minutes...never did. Called 800 # no one ever picks up

Waited an entire day and never got my appointment when the wait time said 2 hours. Then called in to find out if i could schedule my appointment for tomorrow as its now 11pm and i need to go to sleep and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes the representative was incredibly rude and told me the only thing i could do was cancel my appointment but that the money wouldnt be back in my account for 72 hours. Now i cant even go to an urgent care because this useless and horrible scam service charged me 75 dollars and wont give it back for 3 days while i meanwhile get worse. Never ever use this service and I hope that representative has this kind of a frustrating experience when she needs help most.
