It was quick easy and straight to the point on what steps I needed to take in regards to my injury. Doctor was very pleasant

Bit of a glitch getting connected - ended up with an audio visit, which was ultimately fine. Being able to upload pictures of my concern without having to incur the expense and hassle of transportation to a clinic just makes so much sense, so I'm a big fan of the technology. Beyond that the Doctor was great - formal and to the point where he was required to be, but friendly and reassuring as he described my condition. Very Grateful

I am mostly very grateful that MDLive was there when I was in crisis, but I had a little trouble getting started. Now that I'm in the system, I expect to continue to use it happily; the care I got was excellent, the system now works smoothly for me, and it's a comfort to know that care is as close as my phone.

I had the first behavioral appointment in March and I loved Lilli the therapist. She was excellent. I was not too sure about getting virtual therapy and as a previous therapist myself I have high expectations. Lilli met my expectations on our first session. I have scheduled a second session with her next week.

Although the professional health workers available on MDlive are very competent and knowledgeable, the difficulty in speaking to my psychiatrist quickly in an emergency situation makes it hard to deal with these emergencies. It usually takes several weeks to arrange an appointment to speak to my psychiatrist, due to the fact that his schedule is filled and he has no openings for time for an emergency meeting.

I gave this rate because, the services have proven reliable in the begining, however some technical issues have risen that prevented me giving a better rate
