Told the dr. That I could not take imitrex pills. That it had to be the injections. And he totally ignored me

I was very distraught by a second returned call in regards to the prednisone pack Dr Stark prescribe for me. After 4 pm last Friday my throat started to feel closed in on me and I call MDLive back up for further assistance and I was told I would receive a call from a nurse within fifteen minutes which do not happened until a hour and longer so I called the ambulance and by time the ambulance came the nurses. I had an anexity attack during my wait on the ambulance because I was not feeling well at all. My chest was very weak. I was so disappointed in my second call it was unacceptable and need to be look into . Thank you, And, yes you all may give me a follow up call!

I had a doctor look at my rash virtually. I also sent the photo of it. But I was misdiagnosed as "ringworm," and it got really bad so I ended up going to a dermatologist in person. It was not a ringworm. Even the dermatologist's assistant could tell me that it was not a ringworm. I think teleconferencing with a doctor when you have a skin rash is not a good idea.

the dr just wanted to blame my illness on covid 19 and not what I was describing as strep throat. Gave me a prescription for 1 pill for swelling of my throat and nothing else.

The talk with the doctor good however when I went to pick up my medicine I was denied do to clarity on the doctor instructions thankfully I found a primary doctor and now I'm receiving my prescriptions that I need to save my life or extend it a little longer

Your communication with customer service is horrible

I had an asthma attack and called to request my usual inhaler plus a few tablets of low dose Prednisone. The doctor refused to prescribe prednisone, she said it wasn’t allowed due to Covid. She prescribed Advair diskus instead. When I consulted with the CVS pharmacist, she explained Advair is only used for chronic asthma, not attacks. And she had plenty of prednisone on hand and hadn’t heard of any Covid limitations preventing prescriptions. I do not have chronic asthma, which I explained to the doctor. I was having an allergic type asthma attack due to high humidity plus a mildew issue in our AirB&B. I’ve been taking prednisone on and off for over 20 years for occasional allergy induced asthma attacks—just 1 tablet alleviates it for me. I was away from home when this last attack happened. Next time, I’m going to local Urgent Care. Asthma attacks are serious and scary, and I deserve the standard recommended treatment to help stop it when it happens which includes prednisone.

I was diagnosed with UTI and instead of giving antibiotics right away, as I asked, the first doc only gave me a pain killer. I had to pay for ANOTHER visit a couple days later for the same problem and pay for more drugs. They did not tell me I could have contacted customer service and speak to a nurse to avoid the payment To another doctors again.
