My visit was over the phone and the dr. listened to my problems. I felt that he was thorough with his questions and in the end I did have to go to Urgent care to be seen. It is great to know I have this option especially when I am traveling

Really easy to do. Fast and efficient. I set up my account, made an appointment, 15 minutes later I spoke with a Doctor and after work i picked up my prescription. Easy peasy.

The doctors are quick to call back. They ask what your symptoms are good about giving appropriate medicine. Very helpful. I love not having to sit in a doctors office for something routine that I know what is wrong.
