First scheduled appointment the doctor could not be heard on the patient side possibly due to an IT problem. When I called MDLive to make them aware of my encounterment, they put my daughter’s case back in que and then followed to assure that we actually spoke with the doctor directly. Experience with the doctor was excellent. She listened, appreciated attached pictures, and made sure all questions were answered.

I had a wonderful experience and got the help that I needed. With my son's illness he had symptoms of less than 2 days so MDLIVE was unable to help him and I ended up taking him to the doctor a day later.

Great experience. The consultant was very kind as she got my symptoms recorded and was helpful. The doctor called back very quickly. He was hard to understand, but was helpful and was able to diagnosis the problem and got a prescription sent in for me without any trouble.

My first experience was good Time will tell if the prescribed meds solve my allergy related sinus problems.

They were very personal and did a good job. The response time was not too long and that was very helpful.

Great fast service. Obviously not as good as when seeing a doctor in person, but definitely beats the waiting times of the traditional doctors visit. Only wish you could pick the doctor you will speak to based on their education / experience.

Had a doctor on Video chat in 10 minutes. No wait at all. The only reason I gave a 4 star and not a 5 is that I couldn’t see the doctor, only hear him through audio. He could see and hear me,but I couldn’t see him only heard him. Other than that, no complaints at all. Will use again.
