I suffered a heart attack on 10/19/19
I suffered a heart attack on 10/19/19 and then I had a pain in my right arm from where they had the IV I called MDLive and explained my situation and they told me to go to ER to rule out a blood clot so I did and sure enough it was in fact a blood clot. Thank you for that

The doctor I spoke with was very kind…
Excellent experience... The doctor I spoke with was very kind and helpful. It turned out that I needed to go to an urgent care to be seen anyway, but she encouraged me to do so and I received the appropriate care.

Doctor was available within 30 minutes
Doctor was available within 30 minutes. Videocall helped me show the doctor where my pain was. Doctor was knowledgeable and was able to send prescriptions to the pharmacy I had chosen. All in all, this worked better than having to go to the doctor or an urgent care for my muscle strain/pain. Having to get into a vehicle would have been painful so this was the best of both worlds.
