good
The abibilty to call and speak with a physician was great, the only problem was the connecting kept cutting in and out so it was hard to hear what the provider was saying.

Great service
I've had mostly good experiences with MDLive. A few times I was wrongly diagnosed but I think that is reasonable to expect with this service. I love that at time when I would have had to make an appointment to be seen I could virtually immediately be seen with MDLive instead at much lower inconvenience and cost. I am very happy with this service and will continue to use it

I like the fact that I don't have to…
I like the fact that I don't have to set up a doctor appointment and take off from work. I don't get to choose the doctor I want to talk to, but it's free and easy to use!

Emergency
I tried to set up an appointment online and messed it up. A person called me to be sure I got what I wanted and I told him "No". I had it set up 2 days away and I needed an appointment that day and a doctor call me back within a 1/2 hour. I was extremely happy with my prescription, it was on a Sunday and it saved me going to a doctor the next day. My husband was in the hospital when this all happened.
