For anything other than allergy meds or simple things, this company is terrible. I have access through Cigna and the doctors are usually uninterested, often English is a secondary language and you get about 15 minutes with them. You know you aren't dealing with the A team or even B team.

I got messages encouraging me to use this service and thought it was covered by my cigna health plan. I used it and only later found out I had a bill for $45 which is less than my co-pay with a REAL doctor. The service I got was terrible. I had compacted ear wax causing me serious discomfort and the doctor dismissed it as being a non-issue, gave me no helpful advice, only a warning not to try to clean my ears myself. I later had my allergist look at it and she immediately saw the severity of the issue and was able to help me find a kit to flush the earwax. I refuse to pay this company for this level of service that actually made my problem worse and not better. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Not only are they deceptive about their billing practices, they are completely worthless in their reviews and they are fighting me over the money for this!

I have been trying to resolve 11 false credit card charges for several days. I just keep getting the "run around" from all the CS reps.

First doctor I spoke with recommended that I use a warm compress and massage my slowly swelling eye. As the day went on my issue increasingly worsened. I called back and another provider was able to prescribe an antibiotic which should have happened during my first visit in my opinion before the issue had a chance to worsen. The doctor neglected to send my prescription to my pharmacy so I was left with the decision to either wait it out and suffer or visit urgent care. Now I have no prescription for the second time and have wasted my time in pain for the majority of the day. When I called back all they said they could do was put in an escalation that would take 24 to 48 hours to hear back from. While dealing with an infection. During covid 19 when it is unsafe to leave your home but especially to visit a medical center. Horrible service.

Wrong prescription took 5 days to correct

The doctor diagnosed my rash without seeing the pictures I sent. When my regular doctor looked at the picture she knew immediately the MDLive doctor was completely wrong. I wasted time and money on the appointment and the medication prescribed. He also didn’t ask about any medication I might be taking that could have caused the problem or might interact what he prescribed. At least it was a quick process.

They're to afraid to do their job. Only CDC guidelines from this place. You will Never get an antibiotic from this place. Maybe I should have mentioned the last time I had antibiotics was a year ago.

They told they are non emergency . Ok perfect that's me . Well after all the BS excuses why would anyone use these people ? They have no clue what there talking about ! They have no list of medications that can prescribe ? Really then who do you know your patients can be? Just a money scam!
