I have a sinus infection I know this because I've had this for years and I have severe breathing problems call sleep apnea. I called mdlive spoke to a so-called real doctor. I have explained to him every condition that I had and all he wants to do list prescribe me a sinus spray. I already used to sinus sprays that a doctor prescribed. I have the exact same situation 4 years. I was forced to go see an urgent care center their pawn I got my antibiotic. This took me almost 3 days to fill relief. so here I am for the second time having exact same problem. Mdlive will not prescribe prescriptions over the phone. That cannot be the truth I am once again have filed a complaint I guess the doctor and I'm getting ready to have to get out of here and physically go drive down to a urgent care center and put myself in danger of covid-19.

MD Live was helpful at the time that I called in. I saw a orthopedic doctor and they did exams. MD Live help relieve the pain some until i got in to see my doctor.

At first it was ok. I had a horrible time dealing with the drs on there prescribing me stuff. Getting it to the pharmacy it was literally an all day thing communicating have to call mdlive multiple times and very stressful.

I've had no issues with the psychiatrists I've dealt with in real life through my provider, but beware the kind of people that MDLive employs. The psychiatrist they provided me with went against everything my previous psychiatrists told me, started rambling about crackpot theories concerning soy being a tool of dictators like Hitler and Stalin, and tried to get me to buy her self-published book on weight loss even though I'm not having weight issues. The appointment was over a small increase in anxiety. Afterward I had a panic attack over the stress of the horrible, awkward appointment and being told I was bipolar despite none of my other psychiatrists even suggesting anything like that. I ended up missing a day of work trying to get myself together and doing loads of research about the condition because I was tearing myself up inside over doubting my own sanity. I tried to take it up with MDLive customer service over email but it's been over a week and they never responded. I'm sure there are good professionals on the service, but it's a complete coin toss as to whether or not you will get scammed and the company couldn't care less if you do. I'm out $250 for one appointment with someone who was more worried about her pseudo-science book sales than customer safety.

They keep asking me to review them in the play store when I already have!

I went to do my lab test ,they can't do it because it was missing lot a information like Dr tlf number Fax number Provider address and Lab code number ,so they didn't make ,so I send a message a didn't get any response ,

Waited for 10 mins to only get in touch with the rudest woman. After a few mins of speaking she said she couldn't hear me and hung up.

I was not satisfied with your service.  I was prescribed a dose of antibiotics, and that did nothing for the bronchitis infection I had.  I still had to go see a real doctor and get a proper dose of antibiotics to clear up my infection. I feel I wasted roughly $160.00 on your services and Prescriptions. I will not be using your services again, nor will I make any recommendations to others. I would like a refund.
