Let me split my reviews 2 ways - the doctor himself was VERY polite and did what he said he’d do within 19 min - VERY impressive. The biggest problem was he was not authorized to do what he did so my time, energy and effort was all for naught. This MD LIVE needs to review better with its staff what they can and can’t do so here when I thought I FINALLY got my problem resolved, I had to start from square one. So the doctor gets 5 stars with how polite, thorough and quick he was, the MD LIVE service gets 0-1 stars with not training their medical doctors properly.

I loved that the doctor called me back within 10 minutes but he was not very friendly or caring. We spoke briefly but after he said he was going to call in my prescription he hung up; he did not ask if I had any other questions nor did he say goodbye. He just hung up. I got the text that the prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. I never got a phone call or text that the prescription was ready for pickup. Hours later I called the pharmacy and they did NOT have the prescription. I called MDLive back and they escalated it. A nurse called back very quickly and got another text that the prescription was sent. After about an hour I called the pharmacy and they did have the prescription but it was not ready yet.

I requested the migraine medicine I always use, but the doctor wanted me to try a similar one so I agreed. Gave me headache worse than I already had. I called and requested the aforementioned medication, waited 3 days for a response so I called them...Twice.was finally given the medication I had originally requested but at one quarter the strength. My insurance doesn't cover that strength but I was desperate for relief so i paid cash price.. Theres more, but that all im sharing right now.

I have used this service twice and dissatisfied twice. Either we have not received an appropriate or accurate diagnosis (sinusitis) or we've had to repeat the process because notes were not entered the first time. Get a personal doctor. Go to them. This is just insurance companies collecting dollars.

The doctor tossed it off to allergies and it was an upper respitory and I needed an antibiotic . I had to go to the primary doctor to get treated so it was a waste of money .

I called looking for relief for a sinus infection. The doc didn't feel i had a sinus infection, even though I explained I've had them in the past. That I needed antibiotics to feel better and clear infection. He would not prescribe them, and gave me steroids. After suffering with sinus pressure, headache, and nausea for 2 more days, had to go into a doctors office to get antibiotics! Within 24hrs, post antibiotics, I felt 50% better! Doctors need to listen to their patients!

The actual call was ok. However, when it came to actually getting the prescription filled, it was a complete nightmare and I never got it filled. I actually went to another dr in person so I could get a prescription filled!
