I used MDLive for the first time because the weather was horrible and I have a new baby at home. I called and in under 30 minutes I was signed up and talking to a doctor over the phone. She was very professional and listened to what I had to say. Soon after my medication was sent to my pharmacy and I only had to go to the pharmacy for pick up. It was super convenient and I am so grateful I didn't have to drag my child out in bad weather.

MDLIVE is very easy to set up and use. I used it for urgent care. The doctor contacted me within an hour as promised. He was very gracious to me and provided a great service. Another thing I like is that within an hour I have a billing statement with the medical codes needed to file with my secondary insurance. My husband and I will use this service for urgent care instead of going to urgent care that’s first come, first served. We won’t have to risk catching something while waiting for someone to see us.
