First appointment was cancelled by mdlive because the doctor wasn't available anymore. The automated system said they'd call to reschedule, never happened. I called and rescheduled for the next day. I spoke with a doctor and felt that she didn't listen to my concerns and ended up doing nothing. What a waste of $45!

Unfortunately I had a very poor experience. Once I registered the doctor called me within a reasonable timeframe. I have a very bad sinus infection that is causing me not to be able to sleep or breathe through my nose with a very thick discolored discharge. The doctor told me a couple items to get over the counter then stated she would call in an antibiotic. After about 2 hours my pharmacy told me I needed to call back because they never received the prescription. When calling back the man helping me realized they had created 2 accounts and had difficulty tracking down information from my conversation with the doctor. He told me he would have a nurse call me. A nurse called me back again a couple hours later and stated that the doctor now refused to give me a prescription for anything. I had called first thing on a Friday morning & by the time I realized they weren’t going to help me my doctor’s office was closing. I asked the nurse to go back and listen to the recording where the doctor told me she would call in a prescription for me but she would not. This was a total waste of time and I am not sure what my insurance paid for. I even told the doctor I was very concerned about having to go to an urgent care because Covid is very bad in the area I live in. I would highly NOT recommend using this service.

I have used MD Live and have not had a very good experience. I have been trying to get them to bill my insurance so I can get reimbursed for hundreds of dollars worth of out of pocket expenses. It has been the run around over and over and over for MONTHS and I don’t know what else to do but say here, publicly, DO NOT use MD Live if you want to use your insurance to cover the expenses. Their billing department will not take care of it and you’ll end up paying out of pocket. Very, very disappointed with MD Live and will NEVER use them again.

I guess it depends on medical problem. My case was not helpful at all

The medicine made me sick just as described in the pamphlet I received from the pharmacy. I have never been made sick by a medicine before. I stopped using it because it specifically says not to use it for skin or toenail fungus which is what I told the doctor I had. Terrible bedside manner as well on the part of the doctor.

Hi, it’s too bad both doctors I saw through MDLIVE pushed medication on me, completely unrelated to my problem, without asking me thoroughly what is wrong with me and assessing the situation not through a medicine-based lens but symptom-based lens. I don’t take pills to only feel better, I like to resolve the problem at its roots. I hope this is not common practice. Thank you, Daniela Groza

I totally had a very bad experience with MD live this evening and this was my first time using them as well. Their video service didn't work and we just spoke over the phone, then the Dr. sent a PDF sheet with a list of medicines. One of which had the word over the counter or OTC. So, I kept calling my pharmacy and they assured me that they have NOT received any prescription from my doctor. I called MD live and said that why didn't you guys send a proper prescription to my pharmacy that I just gave you the address and details for and so I could pick it up. They tell me that all the fours medicines are OTC. So, I went to CVS and go aisle by aisle and through hundreds of medicines and I could only find one of them with the assistance of CVS assistant and it had 45 tablets at least, while the MD live doctor said that it is for 2 days / or 2 pills (one each day) and I couldn't find the three others. I called MD live and they told me that it is not their responsibility if I couldn't find the three other medicines or the one I found was at least 45 tablets. He told me to discard the 43 other tablets (waste some money). Very irresponsible and unprofessional. The conversation is recorded and MD live can listen to it 10/6/20 at 7:28 PM PST.

Worthless. "Doctor" who sounded about 13 years old told me I needed to go a few more days with pain before I could be prescribed anti-biotics for my sinus infection. Then they suspended my account. Never again.
