The person answering the call asked all the right questions to find out exactly what I was feeling, experiencing at that time. Then let me know she understood by repeating it back to me. She quoted a time frame as to when a doctor would call back and the doctor called back during that time and was ready to help me to feel better. She also repeated my symptoms so she was totally informed correctly. Then sent scripts to pharmacy closest to me within minutes.

Called in with very sore throat, got quick call back, very nice and informative Dr. who was also really friendly. Had my medicine in hand with in an hour of my request for a consultation with Dr.

I used MDLive to see if it would be beneficial instead of going to my primary care provider, and it was so quick and such good service that it will be my first choice in the future because of all the time I saved by avoiding a doctor's visit with my primary care physician.

Best sick visit ever! No waiting for hours in a crowed office. The Doctor was great, he answered all of our questions and prescribed the right medication. He even gave us a Doctors note, for school and work. All of this from the comfort of our own home!

Dr. Garwood was wonderful! He was very sympathetic and quick to diagnose me with the flu and offer not only to get me a prescription but other things I could do a home to help with my symptoms. I was very pleased with the service I received, and best of all I didn't have to leave the comfort of my own home!

I have used this service 3 times now for myself and once for one of my kids. Every time has been a quick and professional experience however this last one was the best. The doctor took his time and included me in the conversation and wanted my input on things and was very helpful in answering all of my questions. I really liked him and his approach with diagnosing and treatment options and the final resolution. I'd love to have him again for a future appointment when using this service.
