Convenience
Loved the convenience of the immediate assistance with no wait. I did the video call and demonstrated where my symptoms were and a thorough explanation of when the symptoms began with history. The doctor was understanding and had reviewed my previous visit months ago. He called in the prescriptions, and I feel 100% better.

Great Experience
I was experiencing the beginning of a sinus infection. Made the appt online & within 15 mins, the Dr called, listened to my issues, ordered my meds & I was back at my desk. My meds were ready for pickup when I got off work. Super fast service.

Invaluable service
I’ve utilized MDLIVE for urgent care services as well as virtual primary care, and I can’t imagine going in person for non urgent consults again! The ease and convenience is invaluable. I’m so glad they’re now offering virtual primary care where I can review my labs and any concerns in the comfort of my home. Highly recommend!
