I called and it said the wait was 15 min or under I waited 20 which was fine. I told them all my symptoms and just as I new I had a sinus infection so he sent over a couple prescriptions to the pharmacy I chose. I went to the pharmacy no prescription came through I called them to find out where it was and my mistake I gave them the wrong location so they sent it where I was in like 5 seconds. I'm still taking the medicine and happy I called the only negative part is my copay is only 10.00 which they charged me but then charged me another 45.00 on top of it and they don't understand how it happened and they will review and reverse the charges but it's been 6 days and still no refund. I will call back again Monday because I don't have 45.00 in my bank extra just to throw away like that. So I was satisfied just watch hour bank and make sure your not over charged.

The experience was good, but the frustration comes when there might need to be follow-up. For example, if the medicine didn't work I was told to contact MD Live again, but I would have to pay for another visit. If I had gone to my GP I could have just called and gotten a different medicine, etc. It would be nice to have a link to the original doctor I saw or have the records sent to my GP for follow-up.

It was great other than having to wait 10 minutes for the doctor.

Easy and quick!

I like the fact that I can see the doctor without having to wait. It’s so much easier letting them know exactly what’s wrong and getting it resolved without all the extra steps.

Very quick and easy to use. I appreciate this service very much and the Drs. are always very nice and helpful.

Took my dad a long time to figure out how to make an account, add me, and get this to work for some reason. Not really sure if there was just something he couldn't figure out, or if it is overly complicated. After that though, it didn't take long for me to connect with a doctor, and the doctor was very helpful in talking me through my symptoms and spending time trying to better understand how I felt. I had my questions and concerns answered and felt much better afterwards.
