Prompt and Professional I was very pleased with the experience with MDLIVE. The physician was prompt with the scheduled call appointment, and referred to protocol in order to diagnose after reviewing photo, and taking all pertinent information. I would highly recommend this online service, especially for those that do not have life threatening issues. It was also very nice to NOT have to go into a waiting room with SICK people!!!

I didn’t have wait in urgent care
I didn’t have wait in urgent care for a bad chest cold. A phone call to explain my symptoms quick enough that within an hour I was already at the pharmacy picking up my prescription. As a busy working Mom this MD live service is a big plus for me.

Throat and ear pain
I was happy to get started on antibiotics so my ear and throat pain would get better. However the Omnicef she gave me caused me to get c dificile. Not really her fault but wanted u to know.

A good idea
Even though the whole thing is a great concept, I would love if the site worked better and you could talk with someone sooner than 5 hours.
