I was having an episode of AFIB which I have had serval times in the past. This time, I was on my second day and waiting to hear back from my cardiologist to see if I needed to go in or if I could wait it out longer. I contacted MDLIVE to ask that question and the doctor I spoke with was excellent. She understood what I was saying and encouraged me to escalate my call back to my doctor. I felt comfortable knowing that given my heart rate, I had time and it was not an emergency. Later that day, I did hear back from my doctor and they agreed, wait it out and give the medication a chance to work. It all worked out for me and I am back in a normal rhythm. I did not need to go sit at ER all day, in fact, I did not even need to leave my home. Time and money were saved.

I am pleased 100% how fast the doctor phoned me and how quick she was to diagnose me, and call in a prescription. I was away from my home and state and did not know what to do. From the easy read on the website, to the doctor's quick reply. Amazing! I have never had a doctor work so fast before.

MDLIVE is a great medical provider that’s professional, convenient and reliable especially during unexpected times such as the pandemic. I’m grateful for MDLIVE in so many ways but I encourage anyone needing medical care and unable to get to your regular physician please try MDLIVE you won’t be disappointed.

This was my first time using MDLive and I will definitely use it again. The app was easy to use and I was quickly signed in for an appointment. I did have to wait for a callback from the doctor but the wait time was not any longer than the usual amount of wait time at my regular doctor’s office or an urgent care clinic. The advantage of this service is seeing a doctor after hours and weekends without leaving the comfort of my home. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and caring. My issue was quickly diagnosed and a prescription called in to my local pharmacy. MDLive is a very good service and I am glad to have it.

I was so glad that this app and the service existed. I was able to receive medical care prior to going out of town. Thank you for the service.

Really quick response time. Dr was very personable. Highly recommend! The only thing I could say was not easy, was all the pages to fill out to sign up.
