I had a cold for way too long, I was afraid it was developing into something else. Of course, it was the weekend so I gave this service a try.And I was really to ill to go out. I could not get the video to work on my iPad but the phone call from the Dr worked just fine. The doctor was friendly, caring and asked a lot of questions and then prescribe me some Antibiotics. I feel better.

Quick, efficient diagnosis and the prescription was called in to the pharmacy within 10 minutes. After taking the prescribed medication I'm completely healed.

This was the best service I’ve received with a doctor ever! Way cheaper and got instant help at 4am! I didn’t have to rearrange my schedule to fit in a doctor appointment nor did I feel I could have waited that long. My medication was sent to my local pharmacy before I even got off the phone with the doctor! It was mind blowing and I will definitely be using MDLIVE again!! Awesome service!!

After figuring out how to use the MDLIVE the experience was awesome. The provider I had was excellent. She was so nice and listened to my symptoms. It’s nice to be able to FaceTime a provider, being treated right then instead of having to go into a Medcheck or my PCP, paying a $20 copay.

Best service ever. Efficient. Pleasant to talk to. Love the text you get letting you know your MD is about to call and the text after the call letting you know that your prescription has been sent to the pharmacy.

I had an excellent experience with MDLive! The process was quick and the Customer Service was great! The M.D. I spoke with was thorough, informative and truly cared about me as a patient! It was nice to get the care I needed without exposing myself to worse sickness. I would highly recommend to others and look forward to using this service again!

Love it!! On the initial call, I received an approximate wait time and follow up calls as the expected time came closer. The doctor asked me a series of questions and diagnosed my issue. I’ll definitely use MDLIVE in the future if needed.
