The process was simple and efficient. The customer service agent was kind, considerate and worked expediently. The doctor was quick and accurate and I had my meds within the hour!

New to MDLIVE & super pleased
I’m new at MDLIVE and I’m extremely satisfied. I just adore my therapist and my psychiatrist is super nice too. I really like how easy it is to navigate through the site. My experiences with customer service has also been pleasant.

Quick friendly and the doctor listened carefully to your concerns. Really appreciated the service as I had a baby at home and did not want to leave the house. Worked out great!
