I was out of town on a trip to visit…
I was out of town on a trip to visit family. I had a great experience with MD Live. Solved my condition quickly. Medications were ready in an out of town pharmacy quickly.

Convenience was great
Convenience was great. Called, showed 2 photos of my eye, confirmed I had pinkeye, and they already had the eyedrop script to my pharmacy within minutes. So everything worled out in terms of helping me. I docked one star bc my follow up email said my complaint was pinkeye (correct), my diagnosis was a urinary tract infection (say what???), and my treatment was eyedrops (correct). There should be some kind of check on the coding to prevent such obvious errors in the records.

The doctors and customer service are…
The doctors and customer service are amazing. My only issue is that they have the wrong number for my HSA card and I have tried fixing the issue several times and they havent corrected it so I have to use my personal cc
