Once account was set up
Once account was set up, was a quick easy virtual visit with a doc and I had antibiotics for a very simple, straightforward diagnosis. Saved me probably a good hour of sitting in doctors office with potential exposure to who knows what. Perfect for that simple, uncomplicated diagnosis.

Convenient, quick ,done !
Very convenient to be able to call and speak to a doctor from home ,without the long wait at a walk-in medical clinic!!

I really didn't feel like leaving the…
I really didn't feel like leaving the house to go to a Doctor's office but I knew I needed to be seen. Then I saw the email reminding me about MDLive, so I gave it a try. I chose the video option and had an appointment in 15 minutes. It was so convenient. I will definitely use this option again!

The physician was friendly and efficient. It was wonderful waiting at home instead of in a waiting room or exam room. I will use this again.

MD is so easy to use!
MD is so easy to use! Such a blessing that I didn't have to leave my house to get the care I needed when I was sick. I mistakenly gave them the wrong pharmacy for my prescription and when I called to correct it, had great friendly customer service. They were able to switch to the correct pharmacy and I didn't have to do any extra work.
