Excellent provider and format. I struggle with anxiety. The provider quickly identified tools that are easy for me to implement and practice on my own. As a hyper-essential employee, virtual/phone visits are extremely convenient. The physician I consulted with was very knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate this service.

Since I was out of town this service was so very helpful. I was able to immediately start antibiotics and avoid pain and deeper infection.

I was low on my medication and my pcp no longer accepted my insurance, had to find a new pcp, but for new patients the appointments where out by a month for the first visit, couldn’t wait that long without my medication so I had thought about going to urgent care, I noticed BCBS offered MD live, so I gave it a try, and it was great had my refill in just a few hrs. I enjoy my visits that occur with a counselor via MDLive. The service is easy to use, and the person I meet with is outstanding.

MDLIVE was quick, easy and efficient. This was my first time using it and everyone was able to get me going with an apt quickly and gave me all the information I needed to understand the process. The Dr. was considerate and understanding of my situation and was able to handle it quickly as well. It was a very pleasant experience and I will likely use MDLIVE again in the future.
