This was my 1st time to use this…
This was my 1st time to use this service. Signing up was easy, the wait to speak/visit with a Dr. was lengthy due to the coronavirus epidemic. But I did get updated calls to let me know I was on list and was giving option to wait on doctor to call or get off wait list. Doctor called gave symptoms and I had to sent pictures of throat as one reason I needed a doctor. Then after another lengthy wait, I got an email saying a prescription had been send to my pharmacy. All in all I think it was great! Definitely will use again.

I felt safe and was helped quickly
In the current environment it was comforting to know I could get treatment without fear of contracting something by sitting in a waiting room. I knew I had a sinus infection. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable, read my history and now a week later I am finishing my meds and feeling great!
