Just recently used the MDLive app and was seen by one of the online dermatologists (3/20/20). I had a very professional and excellent experience! The dermatologist Dr. Amylynne Frankel, responded back in less than 24 hours with a very detailed and thorough analysis. She also prescribed medication on the same day. When I went to my local pharmacy to pick up the medication, I was told that they did not carry that particular medication. I messaged Dr. Frankel and she immediately called my pharmacy to prescribe an alternate medication that they had on hand. Better service than what I would normally experience at my local dermatologist!

Love the convenience of being at home and having counselling via the phone. I have a better Therapist than I could get locally at twice the price. Best Therapist I have had in 20 years.

I was pretty confident I had strep throat. All I had to do was upload a picture of my mouth, answer some questions, and talk to the doctor. It was so easy! Even with a wait time, they called every 30 min to confirm I was still in line.

I really like the convenience of MDLive and not having to sit in a waiting room. I also really like that I do not have to pay a copay to visit with a doctor.

Very pleased with this service and the Dr. That evaluated my symptoms and helped me get better. Great experience and I have told a dozen of my colleagues about this service and how they should use it when possible, especially now we are dealing with this Covid-19 virus.
