I'm so glad I could use MDLive instead of having to go to my Dr. office. The Dr. that I spoke to was very knowledgeable and listened to me about my symptoms. The medication he put me on worked very well. I definitely will use MDLive in the future.

Dr. Was knowledgeable l, kind, helpful, and listened to my concerns. He prescribed medicine and from phone call to having the meds at my house took less than 2 hours!

Fast, easy, reliable way to get medical care for non-emergency issues. Every provider I have seen has been wonderful! Medications are sent to my pharmacy immediately, I get text and email notifications before visits, after visits, and regarding my medical care. The after visit summaries are very thorough and can be downloaded and saved for personal records.

The doctor was thorough, asked lots of questions and reviewed my history and medications, all good things. She was also patient in answering my questions and clearing up things that were unclear. The only think that could have been better was more detail on the after visit summary.

Since I could not go to see my own doctor, I decided to try MDlive. I was pleasantly surprised by the help I received. If I had a complaint was that the doctor was very difficult to understand. She had a very thick accent and this made communicating difficult. Eventually I was able to explain to her what was wrong and then she was able to give me a course of action. In saying that I will only use this service during an emergency and stick with my doctor who understands me and my history. Thank you for being there when I needed help!
