during these challenging times it was comforting to know that a service such as yours existed. the doctor that i spoke to was both informative and helpful as well as understanding. i especially liked the appointment and call back option, it was very convenient due to the fact that when your sick, you really don't feel like sitting on the phone on hold for long periods of time. thank you

I am beyond happy with my therapist
I am beyond happy with my therapist! I was having the worst time trying to find someone in network, in my area so I decided to give MD Live a try. The appointments are very convenient, and in the comfort of my own home. I also feel that being on the phone is an easier way to open up.

Long wait time
The wait time was a bit long, but I understand with the COVID-19 epidemic more people calling in. Other than that the service was excellent.

Such a great and wonderful ally in keeping your family safe. My daughter who is an occupational therapist first was not sure about it but now thanks me for getting her family a subscription.
