The doctors were challenged with the COVID-19 virus when I called. I called at 12 pm. The wait was going to be about 3 hours, but I didn't receive a call back until 8:30 pm. I assumed I was forgotten, but it ended up I wasn't. My problem was minor so the wait didn't matter anyway. I totally understand the delay in this situation. I used MD Live in the past with quick return calls. I will use MD Live again if I can.

I am satisfied with the service received from the doctor.
I am satisfied with the service received under isolation due to the Covid pandemic. I was able to be assessed for the medical condition I am currently experiencing. The doctor was excellent and was able to determine my medical issue in hand. The only thing that concerns me is that I am not able to get a medical record assessment to be certified by the doctor. The only information that I was able to retrieve was a consultation summary. Which is not sufficient for my employer. I hope that there is a way that I can request this information for the record. Thank you kindly.
