In spite of my expected delays due to…
In spite of my expected delays due to the corona virus, I was pleasantly surprised that my complete medical experience here was 1 1/2 hours. That includes the wait time, teleconference call and pharmacy pick-up. It was great not to have to take up space in doctor’s office or urgent care.

Very easy to set up the appointment
Very easy to set up the appointment. I loved the follow- up call to advise the service was a little behind due to extremely high call in volumes. It reassued me I waa important and I'd be taken care of soon, and I was!

Convenient & Easy
Convenient, easy to use and safer to stay home than go to Urgent Care. I was very please with my doctor and received the help I needed.

Great experience!
My online doctor was caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. As a licensed medical provider myself, I was impressed by not only the M.D. but the nurse I spoke to first to decide if I needed to see a physician. The efficiency / safety factor was definitely 5 stars as well. Will utilize again if needed in the future.
