Convenient
Convenient! It was so nice to be able to get the prescriptions I needed right away instead of waiting until I could get into the Doctor. I did have an issue with the call back, they said 15 minutes and I got a call right away. I had to reschedule the call which could have been more convenient. Still a very great tool!

The convenience is amazing
The convenience is amazing! Used it between teaching classes during work and picked up my prescription on my way home!!

I like this service
I like this service. Convenient and doctors were great. I did have to pay full price for a second appointment that was just to request a medication refill, so that part was disappointing. Overall really quality experience.

The value of talking to a doctor was just the reassurance that my pain should be expected and recovery will take time.

MDLIVE is a wonderful resource
MDLIVE is a wonderful resource! It gives you free access to a doctor 24/7. While a doctor certainly cannot diagnose everything over the phone, in many cases it is super helpful.

The process/app was easy to use
The process/app was easy to use. The wait time was reasonable. Diagnosis was uncertain..... maybe X. Did end up going to regular GP he too could not exactly diagnose. Process of illumination turns out to be a bad case of mosquito bites.
