Excellent experience with MDLIve
Easy to make appointment, easy to upload photos for MD to see, timely visit from MD, MD seemed prepared and engaged as he had reviewed photos and my profile. Got good advice to get ultrasound ASAP which I did. Very convenient! Will use again.

Really was glad to finally use this…
Really was glad to finally use this option and looking forward to having it as a tool for the future. Turned out for my situation, I did need to see a doc in person so that I could have some testing performed, but the MDLive was a good approach, and had my fever not stayed high, I wouldn't have needed to do an office visit.

It took longer than I thought for them…
It took longer than I thought for them to get in contact with me. Waited 2 hours before I was connected with a Dr. But they did update me hourly saying they were experiencing higher than normal phone calls so they would be in touch within 15 minutes. The next hour they said the same thing and then about 30 minutes later a Dr. contacted me. Session went great-about 13 minutes and then we were done. Thank you.

Very Helpful Appointment
While it took about 3 hours to have my appointment (better estimates of wait time would be nice), my appointment was focused and helpful. I would use this service again.
