Dr. Radoslaw Czajkowski listened attentively as I explained my symptoms to him. Basically, I had acute bronchitis and he prescribed the necessary medications. Within a few days I was feeling pretty much back to normal. I had called MDLIVE (2) days prior and the doctor that took the call just told me to use a netty pot and take ibuprofen. He said I probably had a viral infection. He did not prescribe any medicine. I suffered for (2) more days. I then called again and spoke to a Dr. Czajkowski. He agreed with me that I had acute bronchitis and thanks to him I recovered in a few days.

The whole experience took a little time but was overall a positive experience.

I’ve used MD Live twice and I love it. The first time was great and the second was just okay. The second time the doctor was just rude. However, I’d still use it again. I won’t judge based on one doctor whose a jerk. That being said, I love not waiting in a room with people who are much sicker and contagious. It’s like having house calls again. Where the doc comes to you’re house. Also, we have one car and my husband uses it for work so going to the doc is hard. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone.

Better connectivity during mert

I called in looking for a cause or reason for a sudden onset of extremely heavy sweating. No answer was found. I also had a UTI for which a prescription was called in to my local pharmacy. I was extremely happy to have the infection GONE

I've used this service twice so far and both were great experiences! Only issue was they mixed up my date of birth.

I had a great experience, just a little trouble with the scheduling times when trying to schedule with the doctor. I would put 12pm eastern and then it would confirm for 3pm. If that could be fixed, I would give it 5 stars!
