Thank you ! The doctor was great !

Physician was knowledgeable, fast, and efficient - have recommend to my friends - easier and faster than waiting for an appointment at your PCP and afterwards, having to wait for an hour or more to be seen in a crowed waiting room.

The doctor I spoke with was very polite and professional. He listened to my concerns and communicated clearly. He answered my questions and gave me an accurate diagnosis. Afterward I received an email with plenty of Information on my diagnosis and clear follow up directions. After the appointment I looked up the doctor's credentials, out of curiosity. I was more than pleased to find he had an extensive resume. If anything he was overqualified to be providing care for my condition. I couldn't have gotten an appointment with such a medical expert in person. And, I was so sick, that it was really nice to be able to stay in the comfort of my own home. The only negative was that there was a slight lag in the real-time system. I have excellent WiFi and new phone so I'm not sure why. The doctor and I took turns talking and got through it. Also, my pop up camera did not close, So I opened my camera app and closed it. If you don't have a pop up selfie camera, you might want to check and make sure your video stops recording when session is over.

It was a great experience.

Once I scheduled the appointment, I was called within minutes by a doctor. The doctor was very helpful and even found the closest pharmacy to my house to call in my prescription. I will definitely use MDLive for my next needed appointment.
