Such a convenient alternative to going to the doctor especially during this coronavirus pandemic. If I would have gone to the doctor or urgent care hours of my day would have been wasted with the waiting and the tests. Not to mention trying to get out of work to make it to an appointment. It took me a few minutes to fill out the history and seconds to get a call from the doctor. I will continue to use this service for any non emergent visits I would normally be going to my PCP for.

Quick, easy, & professional! So grateful for this and the doctors that have made being able to be seen and heard so incredibly fast and convenient. My doctor was spot on with my issue. I received a quick diagnosis and medication prescription.

Doc was punctual and professional. The benefits of remote medical consultation are exponential: in addition to the obvious benefits of not leaving the house (travel & exposure), I appreciate interacting with a doctor (usually just see a mid level at office), and the MDLive doctors contact me on time (vs. long wait times at office - usually over 30 min. from actual appointment time). This is an excellent service!

After I put a request in to speak with a doctor, I was called within 15 minutes & the phone call only took about 5 minutes. It was very convenient and I will be using this again instead of going to urgent care.
