You have to download the app in order to do video conference. We somehow ended up with two accounts because it was a confusing process but after we got it set up and talked to customer service twice it was good. Quick call back and script on Sunday for my husband who was in bed with the flu and didn’t feel like sitting at urgent care office.

I was anxious to try using this format…
I was anxious to try using this format for healthcare. I was very pleased that I tried this and was impressed with the professionalism of those to which I spoke. My only concern was that I was unable to do the video conference using my ipad. The doctor said there was no audio coming through. Just wish could have had instructions ahead of time telling what would happen if there was a failure with the audio or video. Not feeling well and trying to figure what went wrong was frustrating. I was placed back in line for phone conference and all went well. Greatly appreciate that this format is offered. Will recommend to others, which I have done numerously alread.

Long wait, but Right On.
Dec. 31st. I had been coughing for a week and a half, then I started running a temp. I’d used MDLIVE successfully several times before. I called at 4:30. I received texts asking if I wanted to continue to wait. It was over 2 & a half hours before the dr was able to call (which was ok). The Dr did call, we discussed my symptoms, and treatment options. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get the antibiotics that I hoped to get, but the Dr was spot-on in what he thought I needed (to be checked out in-person, which I did, the next day).

Saw a doctor within an hour who gave me…
Saw a doctor within an hour who gave me antibiotics for strep throat. The medicine helped me tremendously. My only complaint was that I was waiting in the online waiting room. I got kicked back to the beginning where I had filled out the questionnaire. I filled it out again, and then was told I was already a patient signed up to see a doctor. This was very confusing.

It was a very busy day and it took a bit of time until I heard from the Doctor. Other than that wait time, which was the first that that has happened to me, the service was really good!
