The experience with the doctor was great, 5 stars! They even called me back the next after I asked a question in the chat box. I would recommend this for sure! I gave 4 stars because the website and process to schedule needs to be looked at. The times under ache doctor don’t actually match the available times. Also, it kept asking me to fill out a portion that was not provided.

Great, the web sign in was a little clunky when you clicked on pharmacy it came up with no button for "OK" just cancel, i finally hovered over where the button should be and an oval showed up so i clicked in the oval and it proceeded forward. The response said it would be an hour before the Dr. called but was actually only 15 minutes, she listed well and repeated my items and then prescribed medicine and called it in all in just a few minutes, i never had to leave work, and just picked up the prescription after worked. Highly recommended and very easy and reasonable priced. Thank you

Great doctor. Great service. Still had to wait more than an hour, which is okay. Will use my phone next time instead of computer so I don’t feel tethered.

Second time in a week I had to call. As I continued to get more sick. Excellent response. Only issue was, we are on vacation, and the RX was to be sent to where we where staying. It was first sent to my home pharmacy in error. Had to call home pharmacy and tell them not to fill it. Then called MD Live and they sent the RX to the local pharmacy near where we are staying. Then the pharmacy made an error. The bottom line was that the RX was not ready for several hours. Still happy with MD Live service and understanding mistakes can happen.

Once I added my information, the visit with the representative went fine.

Dr recommended the right medication for my illness. However, the medication was over the counter type of medication.
