Virtual Doctor's visit.
I had a minor issue that I didn't want to go to a doctors office for, and risk unnecessary exposure to Covid 19. MDLive doctor's response time was great; she was knowledgeable, helpful and attentive to my concerns. I chose a live/video conversation with the doctor instead of a phone call and the consult felt like I was physically at the doctor's office.

Quick and Easy
Needed a prescription as my primary care provider was leaving the area. After inputting my history I didn’t wait at all for a doctor. The Appt was only about a minute.

Excellent
Excellent! So easy to use and I got a call within 15 minutes. The doctor really cared about a problem I had (that wasn’t life or death); that meant a lot to me. He sent in the Rx immediately. Highly recommend!
