Overall the service was very good and the MD that spoke with me was amazing and extremely professional. I would definitely use this service again for me and my family. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the wait time. I do not mind waiting at all, but it would help me manage my time if the wait times were a little more accurate. For the few minutes (maybe 5 minutes) it took me to complete my personal information it kept saying it was only a 15 minute wait which was fine, however, after I paid it jumped up to 1 hour wait. After that, I did not feel I could hang up and try later because I did not want to double pay. If I would have been told in the beginning about the longer wait time, I think perhaps I would have still called, but I would have done it at a time that worked a little better with my work schedule. Again, other than that one concern, this is a wonderful service.

It was all good except the doc forgot to prescribe one of the medications I needed and he said he would send. I had to call MDLive which is a maze of press # to get to someone who could get to someone who could get to the doctor. Phew. Got it done tho but not without extra time and effort on my part when I didn’t feel well.

Care was good and the process was seamless. However the prescription never arrived at the pharmacy (4 hours after visit). Fortunately it was only an RX for managing symptoms, not something more urgent like a need for antibiotics. Over the counter stuff worked long enough to wait it out but it was still frustrating.

At 2.30am, in agony from spasming back muscles, it was nice to have someone to discuss options with, and to reassure me. Great doctor. But they cant prescribe anything, so 8am the next morning I went to an Urgent Care Centre and had to pay even more to get the care I needed, muscle relaxants.
