Dr. Lateef listened intently to my description of my symptoms and made it very clear what her boundaries were for phone prescriptions. Though I was seeking immediate relief from my pain, I trusted that the meds prescribed would, over time, lessen my neck and arm discomfort......and they did just that! My call was after my PCP office had closed (and I wasn't sure that I could even get an appointment during COVID)....and MD Live was less costly than a trip to a minor emergency facility. In fact, I was quite surprised that there was no charge at all. I will definitely use this service again.

The doctor called us within minutes of completing the forms. He was able to make a diagnosis based on the pictures we submitted. I was happy not to have to leave the house and wait at a doctors office during COVID. The doctor was friendly and patient, and explained everything very well.
