I love the way the doctors listen to you and give you feedback. It's very convenient and to me its more effective than going into the doctor office sitting face to face and don't seem to get anything accomplished. Simple because they are overworked and they pay little attention to your needs. I find it more effective to do tele health over the phone because I feel like I am being heard. My needs are met and prescription is called in according.

I was seen immediately (within 5 min). The Doctor took time to listen, explain, and was very knowledgeable. She sent the prescriptions to the pharmacy and they were available in a timely manner. It was a pleasant experience.

I have used MD Live several times and I love the convenience. The doctors i have worked with have been thorough and professional. I call my primary care physician and if she is unavailable i immediately set up an appt with MD Live.
