I just had a hard time with some of the entry information. Otherwise it was very helpful. Quick response time and physician was informative . The medicine helped my issue with further follow up soon after.

Call back from doctor was quick. The doctor was professional however very nice and understanding.

The last couple of times I have called, the Dr. has been difficult to understand, obviously foreign which is fine but should be able to speak clear English. The attitude was professional but not necessarily compassionate and did not make any suggestions of what could be done to ease pain and discomfort until we could get to see a live physician. Dr. seemed to want to hurry up with the call. Other times I have called, the Dr. has been wonderful. Very easy to understand and extremely compassionate.

it was a convenient way to feel a little better, by talking to a medical professional and getting help with cold/flu symptoms.

Definitely a good experience

The only part of the process that was not good was trying to sign up for the process. It kicked me out 3 times and was very frustrating! After that part finally was done - the rest was good. It was great that I did not waste my time and money going back to urgent care

MDLIVE is wonderful, as is its physicians. I followed up on my symptoms and the second physician I spoke with was just as helpful as the first, and gave further sound advice. This tool is wonderful for anyone who knows they need a doctor's care, but it's not so urgent as to make a trek to the ER or a clinic (or worth the trip, rather, plus I imagine this limits the spread of anything contagious). The only thing I will say is I believe I had some connectivity issues with my calls on two occasions and had to reschedule. The calls seemed to drop even though my service area is fine. However, the system handled this quickly and I did not have to wait long for care (and I could wait comfortably at home, for that matter).

The doctor called 5 minutes after setting up the appointment and we were on our way shortly after.
