I was able to get connected with a doctor within 20 minutes. I didn't like answering the questions online because they were questions I didn't know off the top of my head (blood pressure). I preferred talking with a person versus online. I also liked receiving a summary from the visit.

So convenient. The doctor was professional and within 30 minutes I had a diagnosis and prescription. The only down side was getting through all of the steps to get signed up. That took longer than it should have. Otherwise I would have given the service 5 stars.

The doctor I spoke with was very knowledgeable and delivered on what he said he would do. The medicine prescribed did its job and helped me. I wish that he could have prescribed a larger supply for future outbreaks as opposed to just enough for one future outbreak. My daughter used MDLive back in Dec/Jan and was able to get a much larger supply of the same medicine. That was my only issue.

The service was very good and fast, I talked to a doctor, explained my problem and took the determination of the necessary medication. So far so good, when I went to the pharmacy to pick up the medicine, it did not cover the insurance and the cost was very high for me $ 400, an ointment. I liked that I was able to get an appointment and was called right away. I gave the Dr. the prescription I needed refill on and I received a different brand which was an inconvenience but other than that the service was great.

I love that I’m able to speak to a dr from my home but I wish there was a way to do a family checkup over the phone or FaceTime because my son had the same illness as I did and it took me over 3 hrs to speak to a dr after I was scene or spoken to. That’s my only stipulation was the wait time. The drs helped my son and I get better and assured me I was doing all I could do and gave us the right medicine to treat our stomach bugs.

The only issue I had was the Pharmacy did not receive the prescription the first or second time that I called. You ended up faxing it to them and I only got part of the prescription. I am not sure if the issue was on the MD Live side or the pharmacy. But other than that, the process was easy and seemed to work well.

Quick, efficient service. I was pleased with my experience using MDLive and I would recommend it to my friends.
