The actual talking to the Doctor was a great and convenient experience. I never and still can not log into my account or the video call. So I was unable to really get the doctor see what I was trying to explain to her about his throat.

The Dr
The Dr. was very nice and helpful and diagnosed my daughter with just a common cold. The only gripe I had was that it took 12 hours to finally see the doctor on the screen. But, it was to be expected during this time of the Wuhan Coronavirus. We would still use MDLIVE in the future.

It was a fast and helpful turn around…
It was a fast and helpful turn around of my diagnosis. The doctor was helpful but did not fully apprise me of what other cold drugs I could take along with the medicine he prescribed. It was an overall very successful experience especially since I could do it from home.

Dr. Bruce
Dr. Bruce was patient, listened carefully, and was able to prescribe the proper medicine. Joanna is much better. It was so convenient since we were in Boston and far from our family doctor.

Only complaint is a 4 hour turn around, but with the pandemic it was probably reasonable.

pleasantly surprised
I was way more impressed than I expected to be. Had a little trouble hearing the info gatherer but the doctor was great. Will definitely use this again if needed

Prescription refills
I like everything about MDLIVE and would give it a 5 star rating if you would offer more than a 30 day refill on the medications you are willing to refill. So, even though it doesn't show it. I give MDLIVE 4 3/4 stars. Thanks for being a phone call away.
