I think the Indian physician I spoke with is “gun shy” about opioid treatment of chronic low back pain. I asked about medications for my problem and he steered the conversation to anti-inflammatories so I ended up with steroid pack which in the past was not effective. So I am rating the experience as poor. BTW I don’t shop doctors for narcotics. I was trying to avoid the cost of telemedicine appointments with my regular pain management physician.

After reading other reviews here, I was encouraged and tried MDLIVE for my son. He had returned from a summer camp where they regularly COVID tested and was negative within the last 7 days, but had a horrible cough with green mucus for over 10 days before coming home. The MDLIVE providers seems confused and rushed. She only gave advice to us typical to treat seasonal allergies or the common cold. On video, she never asked to see his throat, nose, etc … I’d say the call lasted less than 5 minutes, with about 50% of the time being basic medical history. After doing nothing for us, she said we should see a doctor in person if things didn’t improve in 3-5 days. This tells me she and/or MDLIVE are unwilling to treat cold and flu cases by telemedicine with anything other than basic self care instructions - if that’s the case the policy should be disclosed up front. Update: MDLIVE responded here by saying: “ We're sorry to hear that you had this experience. Our doctors are very cautious about certain symptoms, and when there's a concern, they may to refer you to seek care in person just to be safe - especially for children. Your concern has been escalated to our customer service team, and we hope your son feeling better.” So, just like my virtual office visit, MDLIVE doesn’t listen and understand the issue before pumping out a scripted response.

The Doctor was rude and acted like I was trying to scam him to get antibiotics. He asked me 3 times if I got vaccinated and every time I told him yes. He then asked if I had the card near me and I told him yes. What is the deal?

I did not get the Rx I requested. I only received one tablet.

While the doctor was quick and responsive,, he was not able to or4der diagnostic bloodwork and I was directed to my PCP, having to wate a significant abmount of time and money just to get a lab script.

I received a prescription that had many warnings attached, particularly for those over 60 which I am. There were also interactions with other medications I was taking. I had the medicine changed, but was not happy that happened.

Website glitches not allowing me to confirm my appointments. Called customer service, first technician hung up on me, second technician couldn't help. Escalated to scheduling team, said I would receive a call but I never did.

My second meeting was disorganized and rushed. Unfortunately we had to stop several times so she could take her puppy outside, another time to take a bowl away from the puppy and another time to kennel the puppy. I really didn't feel i should have been charged for the 45 minute session given the disruptions. The first meeting is more to get acquainted but I felt we had accomplished nothing after two sessions.
