Convenient but not perfect
The consult was easy and we were expecting an Rx as a result.... it wasnt till the next day that we learned the Rx didn't made it to our pharmacy. Apparently there is NO option online or easy way to have corrected other than to contact MDLive rep. Once we were able to notify someone of the issue, it was quickly resolved. Thanks MDLive [but put an express lane in for errors/issues such as this!].

The doctor seemed very knowledgeable
The doctor seemed very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and was compassionate. He gave me a mild prescription and told me what to look for if things got worse. I appreciated his honesty, his advice, and the fact that even though he had to be swamped he didn’t rush through the call. Thanks. I would have given him5 stars, but we all have room for improvement. Lol

Some Drs have been fantastic
Some Drs have been fantastic; really took the time to listen to my concerns and provide great advice. MDlive is my go especially during peak seasons where sitting in the drs office would not be advisable.

It took a long wait for the doctor to…
It took a long wait for the doctor to call me back but the service and diagnosis were great. My sinus infection is clearing up and I feel much better.

My MD experience was great
My MD experience was great. I would reccommend to my friends. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the long wait times. I tried the night before and wait time was many hours. The next day in the morning -- I got thru in a reasonable amount of time. However - I realize this is due in part to the coronovirus and MD live being very busy.
